  Simon and the team are brilliant. He always pushes that extra 10%. It's a great environment to go to where you can still enjoy your workout with a personal trainer giving advice on technique and keeping the workouts different to benefit you. EFM Glenelg, and in particular Simon was recommended to my by a friend, and I'd have no hesitation recommending this gym to others.
